About The Position

Interface Education Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our client acquisition efforts in the education consulting space. This role will focus on driving revenue through student enrollment in college counseling programs while managing and developing a high-performing sales team. Interface provides holistic college admissions counseling, guiding students through academic planning, applications, essay coaching, and interview preparation to help them succeed in competitive university admissions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, admissions, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Experience managing pipelines and using CRM systems
  • Ability to work with international clients and diverse cultural backgrounds

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in education consulting, admissions, or EdTech
  • Familiarity with U.S., U.K., or global university admissions processes
  • Multilingual abilities (especially Mandarin or other languages)
  • Experience working with high-net-worth families or international students

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive enrollment in counseling programs
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of admissions/sales consultants
  • Build relationships with prospective students and families, guiding them through the enrollment process
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Represent Interface at events, webinars, and information sessions
  • Ensure a high-touch, consultative sales approach aligned with the company’s student-first philosophy
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting for pipeline visibility
