About The Position

Manage and grow leisure and group sales accounts (travel agents, tour operators, event organizers). Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. Achieve sales targets and maximize room and event revenue. Handle inquiries, proposals, and negotiations for leisure and group bookings. Coordinate with reservations, events, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and participate in trade shows or sales trips. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in hotel sales (leisure and/or groups).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good network with travel agents and corporate/group organizers.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Target-driven and well-organized.
  • Local hiring only.
