Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops a high-performing Sales Team, fostering a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Builds team capability through intentional hiring, coaching, mentorship, and the development of a structured Sales Associate training program that supports ongoing succession planning, while reinforcing alignment with Calbridge Homes’ customer-centric approach.
  • Brings a strong understanding of market dynamics to inform strategic sales positioning, leveraging insights on customer preferences, competitive activity, and emerging trends.
  • Contributes to pricing, inventory, and product positioning decisions that contribute to developing and managing the sales budget and QP program in collaboration with the Executive team in support of sustained market strength and long-term business growth.
  • Drives sales performance and business growth by setting clear targets, leveraging data to inform decisions, and continuously refining strategies to improve results and profitability.
  • Ensures sales activities are well-structured and support efficient progression across internal workflows.
  • Contributes to business planning that aligns sales direction with broader organizational objectives.
