This role is for an experienced sales professional with a strong focus on Aerospace and Defense (A&D) who wants to own and grow a market territory. The ideal candidate understands the A&D industry's buying processes, including program leadership and procurement, and is comfortable with long sales cycles, complex compliance environments, and strategic executive relationship management. The role involves leading large, complex digital transformation initiatives and managing the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing and ensuring a smooth transition to delivery. On the Federal and Public Sector side, the candidate will leverage experience in regulated environments, including IDIQs, task orders, and long-cycle pursuits. Building trusted executive relationships with clients and partners, and collaborating with hyperscalers, software partners, and A&D ecosystem partners are key aspects of the role. Maintaining strong pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and clear win strategies aligned to DXC growth priorities are essential.
