As the Manager for the Partnerships team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and Success Managers supporting Enova’s Small Business (SMB) ISO (Independent Sales Organizations) Sales Channel. This role will focus on day-to-day team management, pipeline oversight, partner engagement, people development, and execution against channel goals. The Sales Manager will serve as a key point of support for the team, helping drive accountability, improve partner experience, strengthen sales processes, and ensure consistent execution across the ISO book. This person will work closely with Business Development, Sales Leadership, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, remove blockers, manage escalations, and support continued channel growth.
