The Partnerships & Sales Manager is the primary point of contact for all of Dirty Mo Media’s partners, advertisers, and sponsors. This full-time, in-office role is centered on partnership activation—bringing every deal to life through creative execution, clear communication, and meticulous follow-through. From writing ad scripts and building pitch decks to serving as the bridge between hosts, executives, and brand partners, this person ensures every relationship is managed with excellence from first conversation to final recap. While DMM has a team of people involved in selling, this role provides critical support to the sales process by developing proposals, preparing presentations, and helping close and onboard new partners. The Partnerships & Sales Manager is the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams, and is the face of the partnership experience at Dirty Mo Media.
