About The Position
At Home Genius Exteriors, we are redefining the homeowner experience and are America's Fastest-Growing Home Improvement Company. We have grown significantly in 6 years and are looking to expand nationwide by 2030. We are seeking top-performing sales professionals for our Sales Manager in Training role, which is a 2-quarter track designed to master our sales system, demonstrate results, and transition into a leadership position within a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience (automotive, solar, real estate, remodeling, etc)
- $2M+/year revenue history and/or high closing rate %
- High-ticket sales background
- Strong closer, leader mindset
Responsibilities
- Master our proven in-home sales system
- Sell windows, roofing, siding, and doors
- Set culture by example
- Mentor new hires via ride-alongs & coaching
- Run team huddles & sales meetings
- Drive team culture & results
