About The Position

Hudson’s Furniture is seeking motivated sales professionals interested in developing into future store leaders through their Sales Manager Training Program. This program is designed to prepare driven individuals for management while building a successful career in sales and design. As a second-generation, family-owned company established in 1981, Hudson’s Furniture helps Florida residents Turn Houses into Homes. The company's culture is built on faith-based values of love, transparency, and growth, fostering a supportive environment where team members can succeed and advance their careers. The program offers a fast track to leadership within 6–12 months, hands-on mentorship from store leaders, regional managers, and operational leadership. Participants will gain real business experience and develop skills in sales and customer service, leadership and team development, interior design consulting, and store operations. The role offers competitive training pay and uncapped commission, with top performers earning $150,000+ annually and average sales associates earning $50,000+ annually. Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Experience in sales, retail, bartending, serving, hospitality, customer service, call center, banking, real estate, insurance, automotive sales, fitness, or any fast-paced, people-focused environment

Responsibilities
