About The Position

Hudson’s Furniture, a second-generation, family-owned, faith-based company established in 1981, is seeking individuals for its Sales Manager Training Program. The company, guided by Christian values, aims to grow future leaders from within. This accelerated program is designed to prepare participants for a Sales Manager role within 6-12 months through hands-on mentorship from store, regional, and operations leaders. Trainees will gain real-world experience across various business aspects including sales, design, operations, and customer service. The role involves helping clients create dream spaces and building a future within the company. Hudson's Furniture welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and offers custom offers for experienced sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet everyone with a warm smile, listen to their needs, and help them create a home they’ll love.
  • Hit and exceed monthly goals while offering top-notch service and product knowledge.
  • Explain financing, protection plans, and walk clients through a smooth buying experience.
  • Make sure everything arrives just the way it should—with teamwork and great communication.
  • Keep your space clean, positive, and full of good energy—for your clients and your team.
  • Offer in-home consultations to help clients bring their vision to life.
  • Be open to relocating to a nearby store after training.
