About The Position

Hudson’s Furniture is a second-generation, family-owned, faith-based company operating since 1981 in Florida, focused on helping customers create homes. This role is part of an accelerated Sales Manager Training Program designed to prepare individuals for a Sales Manager position within 6-12 months. The program offers hands-on mentorship from store, regional, and operations leaders, providing real-world experience across sales, design, operations, and customer service. Responsibilities

  • Greet everyone with a warm smile, listen to their needs, and help them create a home they’ll love.
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales goals while offering top-notch service and product knowledge.
  • Explain financing, protection plans, and walk clients through a smooth buying experience.
  • Coordinate deliveries to ensure everything arrives as expected, with teamwork and great communication.
  • Maintain a clean, positive, and energetic space for clients and the team.
  • Offer in-home consultations to help clients bring their vision to life.
  • Help out with other tasks from time to time as part of a team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
