About The Position
Titan Factory Direct is seeking driven individuals for their Sales Manager in Training program. This is a high-visibility, high-reward leadership track within a fast-growing housing company. The role is designed for individuals who are confident, persuasive, competitive, and motivated by goals and recognition, with a desire for a clear path to leadership. While sales experience is not a deal-breaker, coachable and decisive candidates will be trained to become top producers and leaders. The company emphasizes a performance-driven culture where results lead to advancement.
Requirements
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable leading conversations
- Naturally competitive and motivated by goals and recognition
- Strong marketing instincts, especially on social media
- Available Saturdays (Sundays always off)
- Driven to outpace peers and move into leadership
- Coachable, competitive, and decisive (if no prior sales experience)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major advantage
Responsibilities
- Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes (no real estate license required)
- Own the customer experience from first contact to close
- Market yourself, your homes, and your location digitally
- Help families qualify and secure the right home and financing
- Build momentum, referrals, and a personal sales reputation
