This role involves responding to RFPs, preparing proposals, and upselling each business opportunity to maximize revenue potential. The Sales Manager will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations for conferences and events, conduct site tours, and provide personalized service and support throughout the planning process. Fostering long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and anticipating their needs for future events is key.
