About The Position

This is a hybrid role for an experienced automotive professional who can perform the duties of both a Sales Manager and a Finance Manager at a high level. The ideal candidate will be adept at desking deals, closing customers, maximizing finance opportunities, and improving the performance of the sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong earning potential for the right individual who enjoys being involved in the entire deal process from start to finish.

  • Proven automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience
  • Strong deal structuring knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Run the sales floor
  • Ensure deals are structured properly and finalized in the finance office
  • Desk deals and work numbers with the sales team
  • Help close customers and overcome objections
  • Structure deals that work for the customer, the lender, and the dealership
  • Work with lenders to secure approvals and competitive terms
  • Present finance and protection products to customers
  • Drive finance product penetration and overall deal profitability
  • Support and coach sales staff to improve closing ratios
  • Ensure deals are clean, compliant, and funded quickly
  • Maintain a strong customer experience from start to finish
