We’re seeking a results-driven Acquisition Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team responsible for growing the supply side of our leading Recreational and Commercial vehicle marketplaces. This leader will drive dealer acquisition strategy, coach and develop sales talent, and accelerate revenue growth through disciplined execution and performance management. In this role, you will own the end-to-end acquisition engine—from territory planning and prospecting strategy to closing, onboarding, and long-term dealer activation. You will set clear performance expectations, establish KPIs, monitor pipeline health, and ensure consistent attainment of revenue targets. You’ll play a critical role in building a scalable sales culture rooted in accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. By partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations, you’ll refine messaging, optimize go-to-market strategy, and position our digital advertising solutions as performance-driven, must-have channels for dealers. This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership, ad-tech, and marketplaces. You’ll empower your team to understand dealer marketing objectives, consult strategically, and deliver measurable ROI through our advertising products.
