About The Position
The Sales Lot Attendant helps maintain the presentation of vehicle inventory and the general appearance of the building and lot areas. The role supports a customer-service-oriented Sales Department, where presentation is important. The attendant coordinates with sales, service, and detailing teams to prepare vehicles, manages keys and records vehicle locations, and assists customers by responding to inquiries and directing them to appropriate personnel. Responsibilities may evolve based on department needs.
Requirements
- An acceptable driving record check is required.
- A background check is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of automotive makes and models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the presentation of inventory and the general appearance of building and lot areas.
- Ensure vehicles are properly labeled with accurate information.
- Perform regular lot inspections and identify and address issues.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and detailing teams on vehicle preparation.
- Manage vehicle keys and maintain accurate records of vehicle locations.
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Monitor and report damage or maintenance needs on the lot.
