About The Position

Chapman Automotive Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Lot Attendant to help support dealership sales goals by creating a welcoming environment and a positive first impression for guests. The position maintains the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots and ensures vehicle displays meet dealership standards. Training is provided, and the role is presented as a starting point for individuals interested in learning and developing their careers.

Requirements

Be reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
Be able to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to walk or stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
Have flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and Saturdays.
Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous lot attendant experience.
Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots, displaying vehicles according to dealership standards.
Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for demonstrations and test drives.
Replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.
Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales lot.
