About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding in the Nashville market and hiring motivated, competitive individuals who want to grow into leadership through our Fast Track Sales Leadership Program. This is more than a sales position — it’s a career path for future leaders. We’re looking for driven individuals ready to earn strong income, develop leadership skills, and help build high-performing teams in one of the fastest-growing industries in the country. If you’re coachable, hardworking, and motivated to win, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and systems to help you grow into a Team Lead role. All Nashville hires will complete a minimum 90-day paid training program in Dallas, TX before transitioning into the Nashville market. This hands-on training is designed to fully prepare you for long-term success, leadership growth, and high earnings potential.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
  • Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales representatives
  • Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
  • Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
  • Train directly with experienced sales leaders to learn leadership systems and team management
  • Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
  • Develop into a Team Lead role overseeing team growth and performance
