About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Denver market and seeking competitive, high-potential individuals ready to build a career in sales leadership. This is a fast-track opportunity for driven individuals who desire more than just a paycheck. The role involves learning to generate business, manage projects, lead teams, and grow into management through a proven Leadership Training Program. All Denver hires will complete a minimum 90-day paid training program in Dallas, TX, before transitioning to the Denver market. This hands-on training is designed to prepare individuals for long-term success, leadership growth, and high earnings potential. The role starts by mastering the field role while developing leadership and management skills alongside top producers and current leaders.
Requirements
- Competitive and motivated individuals
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachable attitude with leadership potential
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license required
- Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Willingness to relocate temporarily to Dallas for training for a minimum of 90 days

Responsibilities
- Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
- Oversee roofing & restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
- Assist with recruiting and developing new sales reps
- Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
- Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
- Train directly with experienced sales leaders in Dallas to learn leadership systems and team management
- Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
- Develop the skills needed to transition into a Team Leader role overseeing team growth and results
