Requirements

  • Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
  • Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales representatives
  • Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
  • Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
  • Train directly with experienced sales leaders in Dallas to learn leadership systems and team management
  • Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
  • Develop the skills needed to transition into a Team Lead role overseeing team growth and results
