About The Position

NORMAN’S is seeking a part-time Sales Leader for its store at Oxford Oaks Shopping Center in Yardley, Pennsylvania. The Sales Leader contributes to store sales and helps create a caring, memorable customer experience. This role is a key source of product and sales-floor knowledge, leads by example, and supports a team atmosphere focused on customer care. The Sales Leader may provide supervision and managerial support when the store manager and assistant store manager are absent. The role also involves helping train staff, using the register system, maintaining displays, and supporting store goals.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, equivalent, or higher.
Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure.
Prior customer service experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Ability to continuously stand and walk; frequently push and pull; occasionally bend, stoop, crawl, reach above shoulders, kneel, and climb a ladder; and carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Lead by example in applying the Customer CARE program and building customer relationships to drive retail sales.
Prioritize the customer in all aspects of the business.
Consistently meet store-specific Crown Rewards enrollment goals.
Assist management with developing and training staff on new products and processes.
Provide supervision and managerial support when the store manager and assistant store manager are absent.
Learn and efficiently use the register system to provide a positive point-of-sale experience.
Use strong selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and customer satisfaction.
Learn product knowledge for all merchandise and use it when selling to customers.
Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
