About The Position

As a Sales Lead at LOFT, you are a key team member who supports and models excellent customer experiences. You focus on delivering personalized customer experiences while guiding and supporting associates, directly influencing both customer and associate experiences. You collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store functions and are prepared to step in as manager when needed.

The role represents the LOFT brand, supports an inclusive and engaged store team, and upholds high visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center. You use tools and technology to support a customer-focused, profitable business and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Requirements

• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
