About The Position

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Sales Lead for their mall kiosk. This role is for an energetic, sales-minded individual who loves spreading cake joy. The position involves representing the brand, managing kiosk operations, engaging customers, and driving sales through proactive engagement. It is an active role requiring individuals to be on their feet, initiate conversations, and create a positive brand experience.

Requirements

Sales-savvy with real experience, including a history of crushing quotas, rocking retail, or thriving in a bonus-driven environment.
Driven and motivated to win.
Energetic and outgoing, able to converse with anyone.
Independent and resourceful, capable of running the kiosk solo and solving problems on the fly.
Team-oriented and able to collaborate well with bakery staff or kiosk partners.
Reliable and responsible, showing up, following through, and taking pride in work.
Comfortable lifting and setting up kiosk/event supplies (tables, signage, product boxes, etc.).
Able to work weekends, evenings, and peak mall hours.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Representing the brand as a warm, confident, and unforgettable cake-selling superstar.
Monitoring kiosk happenings including traffic flow, mall events, customer trends, and opportunities.
Bringing high energy and a sales-driven approach to conversations about wedding orders, corporate gifting, birthday club signups, and fundraising partnerships.
Proactively initiating conversations, engaging customers, and creating excitement to drive sales.
Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.
Selling cake, distributing samples, and promotional materials while creating a positive brand experience.
Educating customers about products, flavors, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
Setting up displays, tables, and kiosk supplies.
Transporting cakes and supplies, requiring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Working independently and as part of a team.
Developing solutions autonomously for kiosk challenges.
Remaining calm under pressure and thriving during high-volume days.
Comfortably initiating conversations with anyone to draw people in.
