About The Position

Event Network is hiring a part-time Sales Lead at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles. The Sales Lead supports the store’s day-to-day operations alongside the management team and helps create memorable guest experiences in a lively retail environment. The role includes leading by example in guest service, engaging visitors, and supporting store operations such as cash handling and inventory management. The pay rate is $19 per hour.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Enjoy interacting with guests of all ages and proactively showcasing products.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand and walk frequently, occasionally reach, climb, kneel, or crouch, and regularly lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide excellent guest service.
