About The Position

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead to support excellent customer experiences and guide and support store associates. The role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences, modeling brand behaviors, and contributing to both customer and associate experiences. The Sales Lead collaborates with the Store Manager to learn store functions and is prepared to step into the manager role when needed.

The position supports onboarding and team development, promotes an inclusive store environment, and upholds visual and operational standards with a customer-first focus. It also uses available tools and technology to support profitable business, communicate company priorities and promotions, and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. This is a regular, part-time position at Hamilton Place Mall in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Requirements

• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of retail sales experience.
• Management experience.
