About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role involves driving sales to maximize profits and leading teams. The day-to-day includes providing sales staff with constructive feedback, solving customer problems, creating positive customer relations, maintaining a clean and organized store, meeting personal and productivity goals, and fostering an inclusive work environment. The role also involves motivating sales staff and creating healthy competition among the team.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
It would be great but not completely necessary to have Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
