About The Position
Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
- A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Provide information about extended service plans and financing options.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.

- Base pay of $16.90–$20.50 plus sales commission; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
