About The Position

As a Sales Lead at LOFT, you are a key team member who supports and models excellent customer experiences. You deliver personalized service and provide guidance and support to associates, directly influencing both customer and associate experiences. You collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert in store functions and are prepared to step in as manager when needed.

The role includes representing the brand, helping onboard and develop an engaged team, fostering an inclusive store environment, and upholding visual and operational standards while keeping the customer central. You use tools and technology to support a customer-focused, profitable business and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You also provide timely feedback and coaching, build productive team relationships, and make thoughtful decisions while organizing and prioritizing assignments.

This is a regular, part-time position at the Lakeside Mall store in Metairie, Louisiana. Availability is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
