About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The Sales Lead will provide constructive feedback to sales staff, solve customer problems, build positive customer relations, maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure an inclusive work environment with a cool vibe. The role involves motivating sales staff, creating healthy competition, and ensuring the store is always a fun place to be.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
It would be great but not completely necessary to have Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
2 years: Cashier
