About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices for its Field Design & Service Center Teams. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up through a full training program designed to develop their skills toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. The role combines administrative and clerical work, customer service, and introductory jewelry repair tasks such as polishing and quality control. Team members interact with stores and customers, photograph jewelry for intake and tracking, and support custom jewelry design and repairs. The position offers a promote-from-within path from apprentice to artisan.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Customer-service-minded, with strong interpersonal skills.
• High standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
• Varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule consists of a 40-hour work week, with seasonal required overtime.

Nice To Haves

• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design is preferred, but not required.
• Passion and desire to learn the jeweler trade.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with customers and stores.
