About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join its Field Design & Service Center Teams. Depending on current skillset, the role involves restoring jewelry, performing repairs, and designing custom pieces. Team members deliver a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs. The company offers training and continuous learning, with opportunities to advance from beginner to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. Pay is based on the jeweler’s skillset, experience, and qualifications.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of Bench Jeweler or relevant skilled-trades experience working with fine metals.
• Pass a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset and high standards for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Seasonal required overtime.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or equivalent (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Repair chains and clasps.
• Re-tip prongs.
• Set stones and create stone mountings.
• Perform channel and platinum rebuilds.
• Perform minor ring repairs and other jewelry repairs.
• Carve wax, fabricate, and cast jewelry.
• Design and create custom jewelry pieces.
• Perform CAD/CAM design work.
• Deliver a customer-first experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs.
