About The Position

Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help provide the best possible experience for customers. This role is responsible for driving sales to maximize profits and leading the team. The ideal candidate is a natural conversationalist who can energize a group and set a positive example for customer relations and store upkeep. The role involves motivating sales staff, fostering a healthy competitive atmosphere, and ensuring an inclusive work environment. The day-to-day includes sales, customer service, store organization, and achieving personal and productivity goals.

Requirements

18+ years old
Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
Excellent sales and natural leader with strong customer service skills
Fun and outgoing (MUST be confident and engaging)
Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes?
A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!
Does talking to everyone just come naturally?

Nice To Haves

Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
