Sales Lead-Belden Village
About The Position
As a Sales Lead at LOFT, you are a key team member who supports and models excellent customer experiences. You focus on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates, directly influencing both customer and associate experiences. You collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store functions and are prepared to step in as manager when needed. The role involves representing the brand, supporting associate onboarding and development, fostering an inclusive store environment, and upholding visual and operational standards with a focus on customers. You use tools and technology to support a customer-focused and profitable business, coach associates in the moment, build productive team relationships, and help customers shop seamlessly across channels. This is a regular, part-time position at the Belden Village Westfield store in Canton, Ohio. The listed pay range is $12.00–$15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
- Enjoys communicating and coaching.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
- Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of retail sales experience (preferred).
- Management experience (preferred).
