About The Position

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador and create authentic connections with customers. The role guides customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge. The Sales Associate helps maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor and collaborates with the team to create personalized customer experiences and an inviting store environment. The position is regular, part-time, at the Belden Village store in Canton, Ohio. The pay range is $11.00–$13.75 per hour.

Requirements
