Sales Lead, Williamsburg Premium Outlets
About The Position
As a Sales Lead, you are a key team member who supports and models excellent customer experiences. You focus on delivering personalized customer experiences and providing guidance and support to associates, directly impacting both customer and associate experiences. You collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and are prepared to step in as manager when needed. The role includes representing the brand, supporting associate onboarding and development, fostering an inclusive store environment, and upholding visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center. You use available tools and technology to support a customer-focused, profitable business and a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. This is a regular, part-time position at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets store in Williamsburg, Virginia. Pay is $13.77–$17.20 per hour.
Requirements
- Enjoys communicating and coaching.
- Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
- Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
Nice To Haves
- Six months of retail sales experience.
- Management experience.
