About The Position

The Sales Lead is responsible for driving new business development across the Steel, Metals and Cement sectors across North America. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and electrification solutions involving MV motors, VFD technologies, and industrial optimisation.

Requirements

  • Proven business development experience with intelligent motor controls/ speed drives
  • Track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities within industrial or energy markets
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions, ideally involving energy efficiency, electrification, or industrial optimisation technologies
  • Experience building and managing relationships with operators, engineering firms, and industrial stakeholders
  • Strong network within heavy industry sectors across North America
  • Experience operating in entrepreneurial or high-growth sales environments

  • Identify and secure new opportunities across the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Build strong relationships with operators and industrial stakeholders.
