About The Position
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Sales Lead Coordinator to follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to help fill the board for their in-home sales team. This role involves scheduling appointments, coordinating with field sales reps, following up on quotes, and driving revenue through effective outbound communication. The position is fast-paced, phone-heavy, and essential to team success.
Requirements
- Two years of experience providing an exceptional customer service delivery through inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems.
- Must report daily to our office, this is not a work from home opportunity.
- Ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation if required.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
Nice To Haves
- Inside Sales experience preferred with preference given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.
