E-Support & Sales Lead Coordinator

Air Control Home ServicesLake Havasu City, AZ
$20 - $25Onsite

About The Position

We're a growing home service company in Lake Havasu City — HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical — and we're hiring an E-Support & Sales Lead Coordinator to help run one of the most important customer-facing seats in the building. Our customers reach us in more places than ever: Email, chat, review sites, social media, and direct messages. On top of that, every sales lead we generate needs to get booked quickly, cleanly, and with the right level of care. This role is the person who keeps all of that moving. You'll be the voice of Air Control online, the point of contact for a customer trying to reach us digitally, and the person making sure our Project Managers have a full, well-organized sales calendar.

Requirements

  • You can juggle. This role is not one-thing-at-a-time. You'll have chats open, emails coming in, a lead to book, and a Project Manager asking for a schedule update — all at once. You've done that kind of work before and you're good at it.
  • You're strong with computers. Not intimidated by software. Comfortable learning new platforms. Can pick up a system and be running in it within a week or two.
  • You can operate across a lot of platforms at once. Email, chat, social media, review sites, our field service software, spreadsheets, internal messaging — this role lives in all of them. Bouncing between tools without losing track of what's going on is a skill, and you have it.
  • Your grammar and spelling are strong. Every email, chat message, and review response you send represents our company. Sloppy writing costs us. Clear, professional, warm writing wins us customers. You take pride in that.
  • You're a self-starter. You don't wait to be told what to do next. When there's a gap, you fill it. When something's not working, you flag it and try to fix it. You take ownership of your seat.
  • You're organized and detail-oriented. The details of this role matter — the right customer, the right appointment, the right notes, the right follow-up. You're the kind of person who doesn't let things slip.
  • You communicate well — with everyone. Customers, technicians, Project Managers, teammates, management. You can adjust your tone for the moment without losing yourself in it.
  • You're calm under pressure. Busy days, upset customers, tight scheduling windows — you keep your head. Nothing about this job is a crisis if you handle it well.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, dispatch, or a call center.
  • Experience in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar).
  • ServiceTitan experience (we run on it).

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of Air Control online. You'll be a primary point of contact for customers reaching us through email, chat, reviews, and other digital channels. Every response you send is a reflection of our company — you'll set the tone.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Some days that means answering a scheduling question in two lines. Some days it means talking a frustrated customer off the ledge and making sure they feel heard. You'll do both, and everything in between.
  • Book and coordinate sales leads. Marketed leads, technician-generated leads, referrals — you'll be the person turning those opportunities into scheduled appointments. Speed matters. So does accuracy.
  • Own the sales calendar. You'll keep the Project Managers' schedules organized, productive, and full. When appointments need to move, you'll reschedule cleanly and work to minimize cancellations and lost opportunities.
  • Prioritize like it matters — because it does. High-value and urgent opportunities can't sit in a queue. You'll learn to read what's coming in and route it accordingly.
  • Follow up. Appointment reminders, confirmation calls, checking back on leads that went quiet. The follow-up is often where the sale happens — you'll make sure it happens.
  • Bridge the office and the field. You'll relay accurate customer information to technicians and Project Managers so they walk into every appointment prepared. When something changes on their end, you'll keep the customer in the loop.
  • Keep the records right. Customer info, lead details, activity, notes — everything gets logged accurately and consistently in our systems. If it's not written down, it didn't happen.
  • Report the numbers. You'll track HVAC sales-call booking and cancellation rates, then deliver clear weekly reporting to management. We'll use what you surface to make real decisions.
  • Learn the business. The better you understand what we do, the better you'll be at prioritizing what customers need. Ongoing training is part of the job — we invest in the people who invest in themselves.

Benefits

  • Company-paid health insurance and short-term disability.
  • Voluntary dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental life, and long-term disability.
  • 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Ongoing training and development.
  • A family-oriented culture where we support one another, celebrate wins, and have fun along the way.
  • Lake Havasu City living — boating, sunshine, no traffic, and a real community.
