Sales Intern - Summer 2027
About The Position
RRD is offering a summer internship for 2027 that provides hands-on experience across the sales process. The intern will be integrated into a sales region and an intern cohort of sales interns across the United States, contributing to real sales activity and contacting clients and prospects. The role also includes work on a project addressing a real business issue, opportunities to learn from professionals and build a professional network, and the chance to share insights that help RRD thrive. This internship is one of RRD’s primary paths to full-time opportunities in its Associate Development Program after graduation. The role pays $18 per hour. Depending on the role, compensation may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, or stand-by pay. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Complete five days of sales training.
- Complete three days of training on RRD products and solutions.
- Develop and present an individual project addressing a regional sales issue.
- Participate in a group project and presentation addressing an RRD business initiative.
- Shadow experienced sales representatives.
- Visit RRD manufacturing facilities.
- Compete in a summer-long sales competition.
