Sales Floor Team Member Full-Time
About The Position
Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to Changing Lives Through the Power of Work. They serve 11 counties on the east and west coasts of Florida. Goodwill's mission-integrated social enterprise transforms community donations into opportunities by providing training, resources, and support through programs and collaborations to help individuals obtain employment and build skills. As a Sales Floor Team Member, you will greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm, assist customers with world-class customer service, support a full and fresh inventory by continuously stocking and rotating merchandise, and maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe sales floor.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm
