We’re currently looking for a Sales & Finance Manager to join our Mighty Peace Harley-Davidson and Bannister GP MotorSports team. Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales and/or finance with a strong track record of results
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands-on, team-first mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial guest interaction through to delivery and financing
  • Structure and present financing, leasing, and protection products in a clear, compliant, and customer-friendly manner
  • Support and coach the sales team to improve closing ratios, product knowledge, and overall performance
  • Ensure all deals are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently while maintaining strong lender relationships
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability across both sales and finance departments
