River Valley Marine is hiring a Sales & Finance Coordinator / Store Administrator / Business Operations Coordinator in Wayzata, MN (Lake Minnetonka). Responsibilities

  • Support the full sales and finance process from initial deal through delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Assist with finance documentation, deal structuring, and deal jacket review, working closely with both Sales and Finance teams to keep transactions moving efficiently.
  • Provide customer-facing support, including greeting clients, assisting during peak showroom traffic, supporting follow-up communication, and helping maintain a professional, sales-focused environment.
  • Learn product knowledge and contribute to the overall boat buying experience.
  • Serve as a Store Administrator, supporting daily dealership operations including titles, licensing, registration, and administrative processes tied to revenue.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism while supporting Sales, Service, and Parts departments.
  • Assist with marina operations, including slip rentals, contracts, renewals, and customer service for marina guests.
  • Support events and seasonal activity tied to the Lake Minnetonka boating community.
  • Track and maintain deal flow, inventory data, and operational reporting using spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support overall business performance.
