About The Position

East Penn Manufacturing offers a paid, flexible spring internship designed to fit a student’s class schedule and satisfy internship credit requirements. The internship provides exposure to real-world careers and opportunities to network with company professionals, senior decision-makers, and the executive team while contributing to the company. This 15-week, part-time, multi-discipline program includes eight weeks in Sales and seven weeks in Finance and Accounting.

Requirements

• Be enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university.
• Be a student majoring in business, marketing, accounting, or finance.
• Have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Have basic computer proficiency, including Excel and Word.
• Be able to thrive both as part of a team and independently.
• Have a high degree of self-motivation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an eight-week Sales rotation and a seven-week Finance and Accounting rotation.
• Make a meaningful contribution to the company as part of a team.
• Network with company professionals, senior decision-makers, and the executive team.
