About The Position

East Penn Manufacturing offers a paid Spring internship through its Sales, Finance & Accounting Multi-Discipline Program. The internship is flexible with students’ class schedules and is designed to meet internship credit requirements. Over a 15-week schedule during the college school year, interns spend eight weeks in Sales and seven weeks in Finance and Accounting. Participants gain exposure to real-world careers, network with company professionals, senior decision-makers, and the executive team, and contribute to the company.

Requirements

• Full-time enrollment at an accredited college or university.
• Student majoring in business, marketing, accounting, or finance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• High degree of self-motivation and attention to detail.
