• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys exceeding targets.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Confident, professional, and persuasive in both written and verbal interactions.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools and social marketing.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including real estate agents, lenders, and developers.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted partner by providing value-added solutions and ongoing support.
• Marketing & Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and increase brand awareness.
• Networking & Events: Attend and host industry events, and professional networking functions.
