About The Position

Two Circles is a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business focused on growing audiences and revenues by understanding fans. They work with clients to help them understand and influence fan behavior across spending, event attendance, channel response, and content consumption. Their platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including major sports and entertainment entities. The Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource, marketing sponsorship rights for iconic brands and driving commercial results. They have facilitated over $1.5 billion in sponsorship rights deals. The division aims to optimize client revenues by providing a sales resource that avoids the long-term fixed costs of in-house teams, focusing on problem-solving rather than just asset selling. They are expanding their client base, geographical reach, and sales team.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience are preferred but not required.
  • Baseline knowledge of the sponsorship, sports and/or marketing/media industries are important.
  • High levels of influence and persuasion.
  • Some experience in negotiation.
  • Experience working within a team setting.
  • Experience balancing multiple clients/projects at once is crucial.
  • Good levels of emotional intelligence.
  • A passion for sport!

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of salespeople in securing high-profile sponsorship deals on behalf of premium rights holders globally.
  • Pro-actively prospect potential sponsors on behalf of clients across a range of categories and geographical regions.
  • Work across multiple global sponsorship sales processes, assisting sales leads in furthering processes and growing the pipeline of prospective sponsors.
  • Prospect potential sponsors to gain further meetings.
  • Work closely with the research and insights team, using their insights to tailor interactions to specific brands.
  • Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure various client needs are serviced based on direction from sales leads.
  • Develop client or brand-specific insights to help shape sales materials and meeting decks.
  • Join other members of the sales team to host potential brands at events and client sites.
  • Build and foster relationships with both rights holder and brand stakeholders.
  • Assist the sales manager and sales leads in meetings and presentations.
