About The Position

3E is seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing Commercial team. This high-visibility, high-impact role will drive enterprise-level growth by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and pursuing new business opportunities in a dynamic, expanding market. The role is designed for a proactive "hunter" who actively creates leads through research, insight, and persistence. The ideal candidate is energized by outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and building strategic relationships from scratch. They will own the top of the funnel, manage complex sales cycles, and drive high-value deals from initial contact to close in a self-driven environment where pipeline ownership is celebrated.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience in complex B2B sales, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota as an individual contributor.
  • Experience selling regulatory compliance, EHS, supply chain, or related solutions is required.
  • Proven success closing six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach, with a strong emphasis on self-generating pipeline and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of consistently identifying, pursuing, and winning new logo opportunities.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and sales activity tracking using tools like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and prospecting platforms.
  • Robust negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, productive relationships with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using AI tools in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Enterprise Growth: Lead new business sales across core product families (Chemical & Workplace Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Supply Chain & Sustainability) targeting large, complex enterprise organizations.
  • Generate and Scale Pipeline: Proactively build and expand a self-generated pipeline by leveraging strategic market mapping, personalized outreach, and established enterprise networks to drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end, from initial discovery to contract closure, partnering with internal subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions, cross-sell across product lines, and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Engage, Expand, and Elevate Relationships: Initiate and lead high-impact conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers, aligning 3E’s innovative solutions with their strategic business goals to create long-term, high-value partnerships.
  • Master Consultative Selling: Work closely with industry experts to craft tailored proposals, manage product trials, and ensure solution alignment with client needs, positioning 3E as a trusted advisor.
