About The Position

Are you motivated and results-driven with a passion for negotiation and sales? Then the Sales Executive position at MD7 – or as we call it, Lease Consultant – could be the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you’ll have the chance to reach your full potential thanks to our transparent and uncapped commission structure. As a Lease Consultant, you will negotiate the terms for leasing mobile network sites and manage the entire contract negotiation process – guiding landlords all the way to the final signature of the lease agreements.

Requirements

  • Excellent French language skills, written and spoken (C2 level)
  • Basic knowledge of English, written and spoken
  • Effective communication skills
  • High self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Efficient time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Strong negotiation skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Negotiating lease agreements via phone and attempting to establish contact with landlords
  • Reviewing and researching existing and/or new lease agreements using various databases and software systems
  • Entering and updating data
  • Preparing presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email and post
