About The Position

Your mission EU member states are currently rolling out Digital Identity Wallets (EUDI-Wallets) to citizens across the continent. With the Lissi EUDI-Wallet Connector, Lissi GmbH provides one of the market's leading software products enabling organizations to interact seamlessly with these wallets. This includes KYC processes, strong customer authentication (SCA), and issuing digital credentials directly to the wallet. Our customers include renowned banks, financial institutions, and public administration bodies. As we expand our footprint across Europe, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our growth, build local partnerships, and establish strong client relationships in the French market. As our dedicated Account Executive for France, you will be responsible for driving market entry, securing key accounts, and building a local ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of proven experience in B2B enterprise software sales, ideally within Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, trust services, or the fintech/financial sector.
  • A strong understanding of the French corporate and/or public sector landscape.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPICED).
  • Highly customer-oriented with strong closing skills and experience negotiating complex framework agreements.
  • Solid understanding of software products and the ability to confidently present complex technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Native or bilingual fluency in French and excellent professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within France and occasionally to our headquarters in Germany (approx. 10% travel time).

Nice To Haves

  • An existing network within French banking or government tech is a major plus.
  • German is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and close new B2B client relationships in France, focusing on the financial industry, trust services, and the public sector.
  • Strategically build and expand relationships with local integration partners, resellers, system integrators, and consultants to accelerate market adoption.
  • Cultivate and expand existing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and account growth.
  • Manage complex, long SaaS enterprise sales cycles from lead generation (inbound, outbound, events) to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Lead the preparation of tailored commercial offers and coordinate participation in French public and private tenders.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize French lead generation campaigns, and coordinate technical requirements with our IT Development and IT Operations teams.
  • Guide clients through the initial onboarding phase and support them through their internal procurement processes.
