Requirements

  • A genuine passion for selling — you find energy in conversations, you're not afraid to push for the close, and you take real satisfaction in winning
  • German at native level — this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role
  • Good English for internal communication
  • Strong communication and empathy — you can read a client, adapt your approach, and make complex things feel simple
  • Discipline and structure — you stay on top of your pipeline and follow through consistently
  • Comfort picking up complex or technical products quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Some exposure to sales or client-facing work is a plus, but not a dealbreaker — we care more about your drive than your CV

Responsibilities

  • Close qualified leads and consistently hit your sales targets
  • Consult with B2B clients across Europe on custom signage projects — understanding their needs, advising on solutions, and guiding them to a decision
  • Build relationships with clients that lead to repeat business and referrals
  • Keep your CRM pipeline clean, your follow-ups tight, and your reporting accurate
  • Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure clients are set up for success from day one
  • Develop your sales craft continuously through training, coaching, and feedback
