About The Position

We are seeking a candidate with experience in outside sales who is highly motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic and who is willing to learn title and escrow sales from experienced Sales Executives by a variety of training methods including shadowing out in the field and one-on-one training. The Sales Executive is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory (St. Louis and St. Charles County) with the ultimate goal of generating new business to the company. Develops and implements agreed upon Business Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area assigned. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Performs all duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines and within all State and Federal regulations. The day starts and ends in the office in St Louis, with day travel in St Louis & St Charles counties.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • Exceptional written, verbal, listening and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Title industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting and selling our Title and Escrow services to real estate professionals and lenders.
  • Driving market share and revenue growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing an agreed upon Business Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area assigned.
  • Working within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
